  • Uptown Cairo is a 4.5 million square meter project under development designed to be a mixed‑use development in Central Cairo situated at the highest point in the city, built 200 meters above sea level with easy accessibility from East, West and Central Cairo.
  • Uptown Cairo has the potential to become a new iconic city center in Cairo.

  • Marassi is a 6.5 million square meter project under development that is expected to become a year‑round resort situated in a prime location in one of the most attractive stretches of the North Coast with easy accessibility from local and international airports.
